It was also my mom Lynne's birthday and my friend Lisa's retirement - all of whom were career Air Force spouses.

July 29, 2007. Episode 91: This story was from an old friend. It was her first deployment, shortly after the wedding, and she was
walking around in a stunned daze, which is how she ended up eating from the cat's bowl.She wasn't snapped out of her funk the way Cassie was, though. This is like someone scaring the hiccups out of you
and there always seems to be somebody willing to do it. That's what friends are for, right?
