December 3 , 2006.    Episode 57: "The Emergency Data Form "
This month is all about Jenny's friend, Cassie, and how she copes with her husband's sudden deployment right at the holidays.
None of us want to face the questions on the Emergency Data Form but Cassie is taking it a little harder than the others.

Her comments are taken from the movie Apollo 13: One of our courageous military spouses, Marilyn Lovell
(as portrayed by Kathleen Quinlan), makes the statement regarding the reporters on her lawn.
December 10, 2006.    Episode 58: "The Wake-up Snork "
This is what happened to me the night before my husband got diverted. I told him I'd get up with him for coffee at 2:30 a.m. but,
when the time came, I said "I don't think so" and then I snorked in his face when he kissed me on my cheek.

I didn't see him again for two weeks. I've kept my "early morning coffee" promises ever since.
I think this month's strips show
the level of guilt we experience when our active-duty spouses leave for work and don't come home.

It also somewhat explains why Cassie didn't want to have anything to do with the Emergency Data Form.
December 17, 2006.    Episode 59: "Cassie's Cure "
Shopping is an all-around cure for me. That's why my Star Card loves me.But, seriously, this episode shows
why friendship is so important within military spouse circles.

We all know what it's like to be in Cassie's shoes right now. Anything we can do for each other is very much needed and appreciated.
December 24, 2006.    Episode 60: "Priceless - Merry Christmas "

December 31, 2006.    Episode 61: "The New Year's Resolution "
It doesn't matter what you do, some obnoxious person will point out the worst in you. They'll tell you they're just being honest but, really, did you ask them to?
